Flying at 11,000-12,000 feet might be freezing and burn through fuel quickly due to the air being so thin, but man, the views are excellent! Flying above mountains is such a surreal experience.

I've been out to this area 4 previous times and haven't been able to grab any photos of this 1700' tall butte I was happy with. Turns out I just needed to wake up at 4:30am and go flying with to get shots I could be amped about! Still can't believe how lucky I am to have opportunities like these.
