My childhood friend, Chandler, came to the realization that it had been a year since she was hospitalized with Covid/pneumonia while pregnant.

Even though we aren’t blood related you’ve been like a sister to me and I’m so happy you’re here.

Health scares always seem to put things into perspective and I love that you are finding ways to have self-compassion after everything you have been through.

When I was age 6 I wanted to be a ballerina and then I looked at my grandparent’s collection of National Geographic Magazines and thought, that’s cool. I want to be a photographer who travels the world. I took dance classes growing up and I put off learning photography because it was over saturated, expensive, and I didn’t know where to even begin. 🤍

I had a newborn and a toddler when I finally decided to take photography seriously. It hasn’t been easy to balance motherhood and focus on my personal goals but I’m grateful for everything I have learned, and I’m especially grateful for all the people I have met along the way. 🤍
