A newborn session is a totally different experience when there’s a toddler sibling in the mix. IYKYK. All of that cuteness and chaos is captured during the session. I can't say goodbye to summer without showing off this adorable birthday family session to celebrate their summer babe! Isn't this session GORGEOUS?? Fun fact: it's a morning session! Getting up with the sun is a great way to get your session done before the heat sets in and there's larger crowds at certain locations. This pollinator area was the perfect backdrop for a family session with the sweetest little girls.

Product photos don’t have to be boring. I loved working with to photograph some of their new wearable product offerings. Stop in to grab a Shibam latte, try one of their incredible desserts and add some fo their swag to your wardrobe.

FUN FACT: I did pet sitting and dog walking for several years! The weirdest part of that job was I actually rarely interacted with pet parents! I think Abby and I only met once even though we texted many times a week and I walked their dog for years. It was wonderful to see an email pop up that her and her husband wanted some family photos with their pets. It was genuinely so cool to reconnect, see what a good boy Rex has grown up to be and to meet their new very-attention-loving cat named Walnut. If you're looking for a family photographer in Lexington or central Kentucky- i'd love to create for you!

The Design Social Pop Up takes me to so many incredible places! The Salt Lake City, Utah Design Social was such a great event! Not only did we get to tour a spectacular home in Park City the night before (not shown due to privacy but trust me- it was like being an issue of Architecture Digest), we also had beautiful weather and I got to try my first dirty soda- a classic of lime, diet coke and coconut. Enjoy a peek at the event through my lens!
