Brand new blog post today! “Flowers, Butterflies, Beautiful Gardens, and Eternal Truth on Work.” A few months ago, I went to see the butterflies at Meijer Gardens and captured some of the lovely foliage and flowers. I’m a fan of reflecting on God’s Truth while viewing art — like looking at gardens designed by the Lord’s hand and considering the things of earth from a heavenly perspective.

In the blog post, we explore this important question: “What if you have worth beyond the work you do?” We consider the idea that our worth before God is eternal and is not based on our performance. Instead, our value depends on something that never fluctuates — being made in the image of God.

Sign spotted in DC: “Ban the abortion pill.”

Abortion pills are the most popular form of modern abortion; they can be a tool of abusers. There are many stories in the media of men spiking their wife or girlfriend’s drink with abortion pills in an attempt to destroy the baby without the mother’s knowledge.

The abortion pill is bad news for our society and it kills millions of babies — it kills some women too. Mothers and their children deserve better.
