Saturday morning well spent 🤍🏃‍♀️

I had so much fun capturing the 5K this morning — so many smiles, celebrations, community moments, and people showing up for something bigger than themselves.

These kinds of events always remind me how special it is to freeze little moments that people might not even realize are meaningful while they’re happening.

I had no clue what I was doing yet, just showing up and shooting everything I could. Completely hooked and not wanting to put the camera down … EVER!

this is exactly why I love family sessions that feel more like a summer evening than a photoshoot.

and this weather lately?? it has me SO ready for lake days, golden light, and letting your kids run around while I capture all the in-between moments you never want to forget ☀️
