Beautiful way to begin the year, even in the bare heart of winter. This elopement took place in front of the Wasatch Mountains, with the sweeping view from Sugar House Park as their backdrop. Bundled up in our coats, we watched them exchange vows in a place they’ve lived near, walked together, and loved for years. No big production…..just love, presence, and the people who matter most.

The celebration continued with an intimate restaurant dinner all to themselves, filled with live cello and guitar, incredible Italian food, and the kind of warmth that lingers long after the night ends. 🥂💌🏔️

This is a wedding I’ll never forget. Beneath the breathtaking Teton range on a warm fall weekend, with the colors just beginning to turn, these two were married at their family cabin surrounded by everyone they love. A stunning wedding band, incredible food, and cocktails and candlelight under a giant tent. 🥂

Assisting and shooting film for Ashley (who photographed my own wedding) was a full-circle moment that made the day even more special. Getting to document love like this, alongside such an ideal creative team, is something I’II always be grateful for. Here’s just a glimpse of the 35mm film from this stunning day. ♥️🎞️🦢

I met Cecilé at the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum, she is the lovely gal in the first photo and she told me to title it “died and gone to heaven” - I felt the same as I stared at the chrysanthemums larger than my head for hours enjoying the art and people.
