Wow guys, I haven't posted on here in ages! Life has been crazy, and full, and wonderful...but hasn't left me with many opportunities for taking photos. About a week and a half ago I had the honor of being able to photograph the labor of a dear family friend, and I was so happy! It was such a beautiful and emotional event, where this lovely woman was surrounded by those who love her and her baby most. I teared up watching her mother stroke her hair, and seeing the look of absolute joy on her husband's face as he held and studied the tiny features of his perfect little boy for the first time. These are my absolute favorite sessions to photograph, and I appreciate so much the trust of these amazing people in capturing this monumental moment in their lives. Also, doesn't mom just look gorgeous?!
