For years, I was afraid to admit that I liked the color pink. I never wanted to appear soft, and I certainly couldn't embrace my femininity.
Somewhere in that suppression, I lost parts of myself.
We convince ourselves that confidence comes from wearing the right mask—being tougher, quieter, less emotional, more agreeable, whatever version of ourselves we think the world will accept. But one thing I've learned is that the things that make us different are often the very things that make us powerful.
My femininity didn't make me weak. It made me a force of nature.
It gave me the courage to build this studio. It fuels the way I photograph women. It reminds me every day that softness and strength are not opposites, they can exist together.
And the moment I stopped hiding pieces of myself was the moment I started becoming who I was always meant to be.
Let's capture why you are. Send me a DM to get started.
