On July 31st, after over 20 years of service - Assistant Chief Just Baker of Scott County Fire Department hung up his helmet successfully closing his career in the fire service.

Over the past few years I have photographed various trainings and other things around the firehouse so here are some of my favorite of Baker 🔥

Last weekend Scott County Motorsports Club hosted the Fireman’s 300 for the 50th year of truck pulling in Scott County!!

All proceeds benefit the Local 4215 Union (Scott County Professional Fire Fighters) attached to who was out there flippin burgers for everyone.

These images mean a lot for two reasons:

1. Anna lives on a gorgeous horse farm that was recently being threatened by developers who wanted to come in and turn the beautiful farm into a cluster development. A video went viral. People showed up and got involved. The residents of Jessamine Co (and surrounding) saved this place - they denied the development last week. I am KY born and raised and will forever love my home - the people here are one of a kind.
2. Anna (soft) launching her and everyone should follow her because she is an amazing creative and a great friend. Also I mean who doesn’t love cute horses and getting to see more of the beautiful farm they can continue to live/work on
