It feels like just yesterday we were sneaking around in the cold, capturing one of the biggest surprises of their lives. Today, we get to celebrate the next chapter surrounded by family, friends, and plenty of sunshine. I can’t wait to document all the joy, happy tears, and unforgettable moments for these two!

It was such a joy to photograph the Miller family again! While I always love catching up and documenting another chapter for families I’ve worked with before, what really stood out to me during this session was getting to chat with the kids. Okay...more like young adults now! Their curiosity about the world, interest in native plants and bees, and genuine desire to learn more about the environment was inspiring.

In a time when it’s easy to focus on the negative, meeting young people who are thoughtful, engaged, and excited about making a difference gives me so much hope for the future. 💖🌿🐝

I photographed their wedding the same year I got married, so getting to capture this next chapter as they prepare to welcome their little one feels extra special. Between the sweet moments and Tom’s commitment to keeping us all laughing with his silly photo ideas, this session was such a joy.
