Welcome to the page for Rick Jones Images.

I am a lawyer, photographer, father, juggler, and part-time adjunct college faculty (not in that order) living with my wife and two children in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. And I very much enjoy creating exceptional images of people.

Let me tell you why.

Photographs capture and preserve moments and stages in our lives. Someone once said, “Taking an image, freezing a moment, reveals how rich life truly is.” The older I get, the more I understand how quickly these moments pass. Maybe that is part of life's richness.

Photographs of the people in our lives can become even more personally meaningful to look back upon because a sentimental longing or wistful affection for the life moment has become a part of the image.

My goal is to simply and beautifully capture that richness of life evidenced in the moments we are given with the people, friends, and relationships that we are and that we have along the way.
