Inclusion does not mean paying a PR firm to produce a diversity photo shoot for a targeted campaign. Corporate repentance is more than changing a racist brand name that has already made millions and millions of dollars. Fixing the problems of systemic racism will require a lifelong commitment to boardrooms and legislative offices employing people from different backgrounds and cultures.

To all the corporations looking to capitalize on the Black Lives Matter movement, we will offer one piece of free advice... If your goal is simply to increase market share among African Americans, or find new revenue streams... Don't bother. We see you, and you already missed your chance. ✊🏾

"Stop killing and subjugating us!!!" Sick of this! This is not new, and people have always tried to keep us quiet. I don't know how to express my frustration, personally. My family and loved ones begged me to stay away from Denver to protest the continued atrocities and the egregious curfew... So I stayed home to speak up. It was uncomfortable being alone in the village, but I had some great conversations and, daresay, gained a little bit of hope. Perhaps we can keep this going, like the mask thing... ✊🏾✊🏾
