Sam and Jake’s Snowmass wedding last fall was brought to you by a little rain and a whole lot of joy. These two were so genuinely happy on their wedding day. Watching them move through each moment with such intention and gratitude for each other and the people they love most was truly a privilege to document.

In the Chinese zodiac, the Horse symbolizes vitality, independence, and forward movement. This year, paired with the Fire element, it’s associated with energy, instinct, and a strong sense of determination.

The Year of the Fire Horse feels like a return to self-trust, shaping this season’s intentions.

Creativity shaped by alignment.
Balanced growth.
Sovereign movement.

We started Linh and Pepe’s session at Capilla de la Conchita, built in 1525 and nearly 500 years old. We were lucky enough to be in Mexico City during Día de los Mu***os, with orange marigold petals lining the streets, a quiet celebration of love and remembrance woven throughout their images.

There’s something special about photographing couples in places with such rich history. The texture. The colors. The way the light moves across centuries-old walls. Together, it all tells a story that feels bigger than just one moment.

Coyoacán, you were the perfect backdrop.

There’s something special about watching the same streets and corners of this town transform - always familiar, never the same. The light, the trees, the energy all shifting with each season. A few favorites wondering through Aspen for Morgan and Jack’s engagement session this summer.
