More carnage!

Firstly, I bloody love wedding day carnage, why? Because, you really see everyones natural energy.

2. Find nearest wall
3. Bash on wall
4. Shake & create action
5. Run back to couple
6. Hand over to Bride
7. Get covered in Champagne
8. Full in in my eyes
9. Leave photo and film frame
10. Shoot with my eyes stinging and shut
11. Pray for a miracle

How the hell I got the results, I do not know. The couple were laughing so hard, this moment is pure gold!

I am praying got this when shooting content, including me on the floor laughing and crying and struggling to open my eyes. 🀣🀣🀣

Energetic couple get married on the terrace over looking Windermere lake.

Well, when it comes to laid back and full of fun, these two certainly are that. Supporting by their amazing friends and family, the 13th June at Town Head Estate was full of fun. Inclusive of a donkey visit, live illustrations, string quartette, fabulous florals, delicious food, jetty portraits, outdoor terrace ceremony and so much more.

The biggest highlight of the day for me was the continual banter and togetherness of everyone. It was a pleasure to shoot hybrid for this epic couple, I have done their teaser film already!
I riskily flew my drone, and it was so worth it! Thank you Universe for keeping it above Windermere water and not in it.

Finally, champagne spray, that failed, and failed again and failed before success and me having an eye full of it. 🀣 scroll to see the clip! πŸ™ˆ

Good afternoon!

It's been a while since I properly said hello, so I thought I'd reintroduce myself πŸ‘‹

I'm Clare – photographer, farmer, dog mum to two slightly chaotic Border Collies, and apparently the sort of person who can't sit still for very long.

Life behind the scenes has been pretty full recently. Alongside photography and farm life, I've somehow acquired a van that I'm slowly converting into a little adventure base. Progress is definitely best described as "ongoing" rather than "rapid", but I'm excited to see where it takes me.

I've also been spending a lot of time supporting friends through some huge life changes. Marriages, divorces, legal battles, house moves, relocations, fresh starts and new chapters. It is challanging, equally exciting!
It's a privilege to be there for people, but if I'm honest, it has left me feeling a little stretched at times.

One thing that hasn't changed is how much I love my work. Photography and film remains my escape, my creative outlet, and often the thing that helps me switch off from everything else. There's something incredibly grounding about being outdoors, camera in hand, whether that's on a mountain, at a wedding, on the farm, or discovering somewhere completely new.

Exercise has been put on the backburner, but whilst supporting my loved one this is something I will be prioritising more to ensure I can be strong for them both physically and mentally.

So if you're new here, welcome.
If you've been following along for years, thank you for sticking around while life has been life-ing.
