I'm happy to say that I'm just getting ready for a rather big (well compared to anything I've done before) commercial photoshoot this afternoon, hopefully it will go well:)

I've done some lovely photos in the last couple of months but it's been so busy that I had absolutely no time to do any editing, so until I can show you any of those here is at least one of Holly's photos that was done back in September.

We were walking back to the car after our sunset session at Roan Head, it was getting really dark and we were finding our way through the bracken, when I turned around and saw how lovely Holly's hair shined in the last bits of light. So we just took a few more shots, and that's when this photo happened:)

I've got lots of ideas in my head for next year and I'm hoping that I will have enough time to organise it all. I will be looking for models so if anybody is interested please let me know:)

INDIAN SUMMER

The feeling when the reality meets your vision is priceless:) I was thinking to do something like this, a backlit sunset portrait for ages. I’m dead happy that we finally managed to do it... and it’s looking exactly how I wanted it to be:)

AUTUMN HAS ARRIVED!

Back in July and August I had a go at photographing properties, thank you to all who responded to my message:)
Here is the first one of them, an Air B&B terraced house in the heart of Ulverston, I tried to capture its quirky character and warmth. I did struggle a little bit with the light and space but it was a great learning opportunity and with each next property I could see the improvement I made.
The second one was a beautiful renovated cottage in the Lakes but due to privacy reasons I won't be able to show you the photos here on FB (they will be on my website though once finished).
The third one was a beautiful holiday cottage at a camping side in Wales where I photographed the pizza baking for their pizza night as well and the last property was an amazing 400 years old country mansion. I can't wait to show you those photos as well:)
I still have two more properties to photograph in Ulverston but if anybody else would be interested just drop me a message x
