Peggy's Cove, Halifax

The photo was taken in summer of 2019 when I visited Halifax. We stopped at Peggy's Cove to watch sunset with some snacks. And there I found a moment to align the setting Sun with the Lighthouse. It was serene and pleasant to watch this happen, being a Sunset lover.

Calgary

I was on a project for my day job in Calgary back in October, 2010. I had an afternoon off, so I went to the zoo. This little bird was in one of the exhibits. It was a random shot. I didn't know I had even got something this good until I came home and was going through them

Recently, I revisited the shot when testing out DaVinci Resolve for processing my photos. This was the result after putting the Resolve tools to the test for correcting & grading.

After the gentle embrace of a morning rain, a single Canna Lily Leaf becomes nature's canvas, adorned with countless crystal-clear droplets. More than water - it leaves behind tiny diamonds, each one reflecting the light of a new day and promise of life renewed.
Photo was taken this morning after the rain, and the sun was rising, back-lighting the water droplets, which caught my eye as I was walking by. Each droplet creates an image of its own.
Canon R7 and Canon RF100mm F2.8 Macro Lens.
