It has ground level access with a large loading door from the parking lot and large sliding doors into the main studio space. We have high speed internet for use in the studio, 300 MB/s download and 125 MB/s upload. There is an equipment/control room attached off the main space where renters can have access to our in-house e

quipment for use in their productions. We have a 4 camera live-streaming set-up available where your crew or our in-house crew can get you on the air, live or live-to-tape. The control room acts a separate space for a producer/director/technical direct etc. to operate from during the multi-camera productions. Rental Rates as of Nov 1, 2021

Full day + (after 8 hours its $50/hour for each additional hour)
