These are always my favourite kinds of photos, the little in-between moments. Those fleeting seconds when all the siblings are actually getting along 😂

Not one of them was looking at me or even bothered by my presence. No fake smiles, no perfectly placed poses, just kids being kids, with absolutely no concern for their mini-session time limit, completely caught up in their own little world.

They might not be “portrait perfect,” but these are the moments I love capturing🌼

Of course, the sheep didn’t quite get the memo, so Dad was sent in with the drone to herd the “baa baa’s, as Billie knows them, into the background. 😂

And honestly… worth it.

And that’s a wrap on my 2026 canola season 🌼💛

Four years of getting to live out my magical, whimsical dreams in these golden fields, while capturing so many beautiful people making memories and feeling a little bit of that magic for themselves.

A huge thank you to the Kohlhagens for welcoming me back once again and trusting me with their beautiful piece of paradise. I appreciate it more than I could ever say.

And thank you to Toby for being my backup this weekend and taking on the very important role of Bubble Wand Master 🫧 I hope you managed to learn something amongst all the chaos, laughter and afternoon antics!
