A little PSA about sharing your photos online š¤
First things first..
if you donāt want me posting your photos on Facebook or Instagram, YOU CAN JUST SAY NO. š
Seriously.
No photos of your kids.
No bts
No sneak peeks.
No nothing.
I donāt care. š Your photos are yours, and if you want them kept completely private, thatās exactly what Iāll do.
BUTTTT⦠I also want you to know there is a bit of a middle ground that I donāt think everyone realises is an option.
You can have photos of your kids taken that donāt actually show who they are.
You can still have your beautiful family photos, the cuddles, the chaos, the little moments, the connection⦠without having your kidsā faces plastered all over Facebook.
Photos from behind, little hands and feet, cuddles, silhouettes, your kid running off into the distance š all those little documentary style moments where you can still SEE your family, but your childās identity isnāt obvious.
So if youāre thinking:
āIād love to share some of our photos, but I donāt want my kidsā faces onlineā¦ā
TELL ME.
When you book, youāll fill out a questionnaire and right at the end thereās a little box that says āDo you have any questions for me?ā
Chuck it in there!
I can make a point of getting you some images specifically with this in mind. You can have all the photos you want for your album and your own memories, but Iāll also focus on capturing some beautiful ones that you feel comfortable sharing.
Because it doesnāt have to be āeverything onlineā or ānothing online.ā
You get to decide what youāre comfortable with. š¤
And honestly, Iād much rather you tell me exactly what you want than sit there thinking āoh s**t, I donāt want my kidās face online but I also donāt want to miss out on those beautiful photos.ā
WE CAN WORK AROUND IT. šš¤
