o have some 'House Rules' that we think are important everyone sticks to, and we wanted to take a little of your time to go through them with you. Please take a minute to read them, and please understand too that content posted here does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of the Alsco company. While we do encourage everyone contributing comments and content to share their thoughts, reflections, constructive feedback and queries on all of Alsco's products, services and initiatives, we would ask you to be considerate and respectful in what and how you post. We would also ask that the content posted is relevant to Alsco, and that you refrain from posting items that have nothing to do with the activities we are involved in, or the products and services we provide. We want this page to be an open and friendly environment for everyone, and you can do your bit to ensure this is the case by following this straightforward guide. So, please refrain from posting content that:
- is defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicts acts of violence
- is abusive, harassing or threatening in nature, or may be considered as stalking
- is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful
- is hateful in language, targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
- can be considered trolling or a deliberate disruption of any discussion
- violates of any intellectual property rights
- is spamming in nature
- involves uploading files that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers
- can be considered a commercial solicitation or solicitation of donations
- can be considered link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site)
Think ‘Respect’
We believe that ‘Respect’ is the key word when using social media. That is why we closely monitor this page, and reserve the right to remove any posts that don't adhere to the House Rules. We may also take the decision to block anybody who is guilty of repeatedly violating them. But, it is only through your contribution that this page can be a success, and become the home for the Alsco community that we hope it will be. Through your cooperation it can be a place where everyone feels included and everyone feels comfortable.
