I went from managing a team of 40 people in Colombia to washing dishes in Sydney, all for love.

In Bogotá, the entrepreneurial spark hit me early. I was selling ice cream at seven, and by 15, I had launched my own entertainment business. But when I followed my heart to Australia, I had to start completely from zero. I didn’t speak the language, so I washed dishes to survive.

For the last 11 years, I have lived behind the lens as a commercial photographer and content creator, helping global brands look elite.

But along the way, I noticed a painful trend.
