What to Expect at Your Family Session with Children:
During sessions with young children, I focus on creating an experience that feels like playtime rather than a traditional photoshoot. Kids are happiest and most themselves when they’re having fun.
We start by chatting, introducing ourselves, and letting the kids ease in. I also bring “Bananas,” a stuffed monkey that sits on my lens to make looking at the camera feel fun.
Throughout the session, we mix simple games with natural posing. Activities like Red Light Green Light, blanket runs, climbing, or a few minutes on the playground help keep energy high and smiles genuine.
By keeping things relaxed and playful, kids stay engaged and you get the candid, joy‑filled images families love.
