Busy weekend of great events in seasonal weather! I captured 20 hours of prep school events including alumni weekend at L'ville (coming soon), sandwiched around The Pennington School's Commencement, highlighted here.

The wind tried to inject itself into the ceremony but to no avail (and failed to knock me off my 8ft ladder, although there were moments of uncertainty). Anyway, the event was great as always.

CMC Steel is the last remaining, active steel mill in New Jersey. I capture their annual awards event, produced by , which is coming up in a few weeks and is always a blast.

They asked if I would capture this branding shot, which consists of many of the overnight and day shift workers, under this amazing 30'x50' flag.

I also had the privilege of receiving a tour of the factory, which was really impressive.

Made in the USA!

Sneak peek highlights of Gabriella's communion photoshoot at the beautiful Deep Cut Gardens in Middletown, NJ.

We had captured Gabriella's brother Nicky's event here 2 years ago. I recall there was no one else in the park then. This time, with the weather in the 90s, it was swarming with people. Perhaps a few hundred. I had to be very. mindful of my backgrounds. I obtained an (expensive) permit to be able to exclusively shoot here for the time period, but noticed a lot of other photos doing family photos. We made the best of it. Despite the heat and sun, I'm very happy with the results.

Ryan Ottobre and the Hopewell Valley Bulldogs defeated the Hamilton West Hornets, 12-2 yesterday, after honoring Hopewell's seniors during senior recognition day.

Ottobre went 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 home runs including a grand slam and inside the park shot for a total of 8 RBIs.

The Hopewell Valley boys volleyball team celebrated their seniors yesterday and also faced an elite team from West Windsor Plainsboro South (ranked #2 in the state). While Hopewell lost the match 3-0, each game was close and tightly contested.
