If you’ve been waiting for fall photos with Mount Rainier as your backdrop, this is your chance! 😍 We’re heading up the mountain during one of my FAVORITE times of year — when the greens start turning golden, the air gets crisp, and Rainier is showing off. ✨

As always with the mountain, Rainier herself is never guaranteed — weather and cloud coverage will ultimately decide whether she makes an appearance, but we’ll have a gorgeous mountain setting either way. 🤎

Capturing full-circle moments like this will always be one of my favorite parts of what I do. Whether you’re heading into your senior year of high school, finishing your last year of college, completing your pre-reqs, or reaching another milestone along the way, every accomplishment deserves to be celebrated!

As a photographer, I spend my days preserving memories for other families. As a mom, I desperately wish I could slow time down. Recently, those 2 worlds collided as I photographed my own little preschool graduate—a moment I wasn’t quite ready for as his mom. 🥺🎓🤍

Photographing this milestone for my own son was emotional in all the best ways! Watching him grow, learn, make friends and become the little person he is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. It feels like just yesterday I was dropping him off for his first day and now he’s a preschool graduate. 🥹

Here’s to your next adventure, buddy. Kindergarten, here he comes! 🎓✨
