We love creating artistic portraits that are full of whimsy but also realistic 🍵✨🐰🎩 This Alice in Wonderland inspired portrait of Olivia was created with real photos and all digital artwork was done by hand. At Studio K, we don't use A.I. to create, manipulate, retouch or otherwise affect our work. We strive to create as much of the image as possible in camera, and adding elements that are almost always photographed by the two of us to keep the image feeling authentic. We believe in using the photoshop skills we've learned over the years to create the artwork we envision, and to keep our human subjects still looking like themselves.
This session with Olivia was a couple years ago, I can't believe it's already time for her senior portraits! We've done so many creative sessions with her, trying out new creative ideas and entering multiple portraits of her into photo competitions over the years! She's always willing to put a lampshade on her head, wear something kooky or balance a stack of teacups while holding a heavy giant clock! I'm excited to see what creative portraits we create for her senior year ☺📸
The bunny in the teacups was one of the pet bunnies that our family had years ago, at one time we had 4 total bunnies! 🐰🐰🐰🐰 We had two little escape artists, including this little guy who would get out of his cage and run across the street to our neighbors who were kind enough to catch him and bring him back!
While A.I. generated images can be fun and entertaining, they are not a real representation of you. There is nothing like the experience of being photographed by a professional photographer or painted by a skilled painter and seeing yourself in real human generated art. We live in a world warped by filters and wide angle selfie lenses, so it can be difficult to recognize ourselves in the lens of a portrait photographer. But here at Studio K Portraits, our goal is to create beautiful, authentic, creative portraits that showcase who you are and what you look like.
