I love fall traditions! We do donut races, Apple bobbing, but my favorite by far are finding new pumpkins patches to explore and hiking trails to see the changing fall leaf colors! I would love to know your favorite fall location to visit!!!!

Capital Metro Fire girls Camp 2023.

I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to volunteer at the Capital Fire Girls Camp!! It is always such a thrill watching these 14-17 year old girls experience such hands on skills that most don’t ever have the opportunity to do so, especially so young! Seeing girls push through fears, through nervous, through timid hesitations and just blossom into confident courageous young women! Whether they ever choose to become firefighters or not, I most definitely believe this experience will leave a lasting impression and knowledge that they have and can step out of their comfort zone, so hard things, and utterly crush it!!!

I cannot wait for the next one!
