‘A Frame From The Italian Seaside,’ as seen through Copenhagen-based photographer Anna Landstedt’s (Anna Landstedt) camera. Often on the move, her images are transportive in nature, capturing the essence of coastal life in instances where light, color, and atmosphere merge to shape an experience.

“Taken on Ischia, this moment came together without much control. A split second, a frame within a frame. The beach was loud, full of movement and noise: kids playing, families gathered around food, sandy fingers and that sweet smell of sticky sunscreen. In the midst of it all, he stood still in the cool water. A frame within a frame, an oasis in the chaos.”

A badge over the heart carries more than a club name — it carries a place.

The streets you grew up on, the colors you learned to wear, the club you inherited and the one you pass on. Football identity is personal like that.

For Salford City FC’s next chapter, our creative agency Milk Agency worked with the club to create an identity rooted in where it comes from, while looking toward where it’s going. Now, that identity takes the pitch on the club’s new adidas kits, unveiled by co-owners David Beckham and Gary Neville

WHAT COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU SEE THE GARMENT?

Fashion, art, culture photographer and filmmaker Stephen Tayo (Stephen Tayo) departed from his known vivid palette to capture devotees of the Aladura movement, a strand of Pentecostal Christianity emerging from Yoruba communities between the 1910s and 1920s.

His lens brings sight towards the garments that define the practice. Capturing flowing white robes, elaborate headwear, and bare feet moving through the streets of Lagos.

The robe, known variously as sutana, aso-funfun, or simply “the garment,” carries weight beyond fabric. In Yoruba cosmology, white is sacred, tied to Obatala, the orisha of purity and creation.

‘Brazil Summer 2026’ captured by Brazilian photographer Rodrigo Onzi (RODRIGO ONZI 🇧🇷). Exploring life through a 35mm camera, Onzi focuses on how light, colour, and everyday moments come together in the street.

“My work is rooted in presence, reacting to what unfolds in front of me and finding meaning in the in-between moments. I don’t think there’s anything more fascinating than walking around and noticing life as it unfolds. When I come across scenes like these , it’s when I truly feel that life is worth it, a simple reminder of how good it is to be alive.”

Artist Spotlight: Sideara St. Claire (SIDEARA), pictured on the cover, wears a dirtbike helmet she crafted entirely of lace and wire. This being Sideara’s first go at a new technique, the process took over 45 hours of wirework and hand sewing. Obsessed with the craft of experimentation, it seems as though anything can turn into a hat under her meticulous hands.

Hatmaking, also known as millinery, found Sideara by accident. She woke up one day surrounded by hats she’d made, piled under her bed and hung across her walls. This led her to seek out specific knowledge and become obsessed with the dying art form, kept alive today by those willing to learn from the past.

Photographer Hal’s () series ‘Flesh Love’ uses vacuum packaging as the medium to unite the bodies of people in love. These images, part of ‘Flesh Love Returns,’ show couples shot in their most meaningful places: where they first met, the bedroom they share, the restaurant of their first date. There, they’re sealed together in the place where they believe their love is most dense.

“I am currently seeking new dimensions in portrait photography by challenging the majestic theme of mankind, defined through love.”

Surrounded by three pools holding nearly 30,000 gallons of water, hundreds of ceramic bowls
are cast adrift, clinking together to create bell-like chimes.

French artist, musician, and composer Céleste Boursier-Mougenot () first conceptualized the idea for ‘clinamen’ almost 30 years ago, in
1997. The first time it was exhibited at a museum, it was fabricated with everyday inflatable pools and surrounded by simple folding chairs. Now, it fills the Park Avenue Armory’s Wade Thompson Drill Hall in its largest iteration to date.

The installation explores the beauty of paths shaped by chance and indeterminacy found in
atoms.

Céleste Boursier-Mougenot’s installation ‘clinamen’ is now on view at Park Avenue Armory () through Thursday, August 9.

Artist Spotlight: Ghanaian photographer Derrick Ofosu Boateng’s () world is built from color as language. Derrick floods his images with saturated yellows,
greens, reds, and blues, hues that echo those found on his country’s flag and hold deeper spiritual meaning across African culture, until the frame sits somewhere
between photograph and painting.

In his book ‘Hueism’, the images unfold like an index of hue, each shade paired with the traditional African proverb or poem that sparked it.

“A big part of my purpose is to shift how the world views Africa and to help re-educate
people on the richness, depth, and true essence of African culture.”

‘If They Asked for Nudes’ is a series that takes place in Miami, across from a n**e beach where photographer Sofi Perazzo () grew up watching from afar but never dared to enter.

“What began in 2019 as a quiet, instinctive return to documentary photography—driven by curiosity and a meditative state of simply absorbing—turned into an exploration of self-acceptance, liberation, and how we perceive the human body. every frame was about composition, color, humor, and the quiet irony of freedom, while also honoring the vulnerability I felt as a fly on the wall. it questions beauty norms, embraces aging, and challenges what we turn away from, while at the same time grounding me in my own authenticity—marking the beginning of my style, my palette, and the way I still see today.”
