🛕Kansas State Capitol, Topeka, Kansas.

💥One of the most beautiful buildings I’ve toured. I don’t believe there is enough said about the detail, beauty and magnitude of the renovations, preservation and day-to-day caretaking of the Kansas State Capitol building, or quite possibly the buzz has subsided since the renovations were completed in 2014… yikes, embarrassed it took me this long to step inside for a couple of hours last week.

🏙️Here are just a few photographs and I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls baked up fresh daily in the Lettuce Feed You Capitol Café! 🌹🌼🎪🚌🛳️🎡⛱️🏠

A side venture from downtown Kansas City, took me to Quality Hill and the look-out park at the top of this bluff. One can see for miles and I always enjoy the Christopher S. Bond Bridge! The golden hour light and magnificent sky were a bonus - February 2026. 🎡🏠🏫🏛️🛤️🎆🌇

Excited to be accepted as a member of Images Art Gallery located in historic downtown Overland Park, Kansas. This is a new home for my framed photographs, a variety of matted prints and photocards. 🎡🏩⏰📫🎉🏖️

Images Art Gallery is the longest-running cooperative gallery in the greater Kansas City area, founded in 1988. A member-owned non-profit organization of over 23 artists working to promote art, education, and appreciation in our community along with fostering the development of local artists and providing a venue to purchase outstanding work from emerging and mature regional talent. A portion of every sale stays with the gallery to continue fostering the mission and goals of the organization, in other words, supporting the arts! 🌺🌸🌼🌻🌞🌷⏰🎉
