We are grateful to be welcoming baby #4 into our family this October. 😌

What that means, is that I’ll be taking maternity leave mid October until the end of the year, so I’d highly encourage you to consider scheduling photos this Spring and Summer. This is the perfect opportunity for all of my returning fall clients to get a different vibe of photos.

We could go to an open field with flowers, the beach, or get some beautiful mountains backdrops. The options are endless in our beautiful state of Washington! Another upside to not waiting until the fall is that we get much better weather in the Spring and Summer.

I’m very much looking forward to documenting whatever this season brings to each and every one of you. 🫶🏼

Because I know you’re dying to see some photos from my Colorado engagement session this past weekend, here’s a sneak peek. 👀

These guys were troopers! At one point it was 16° with extreme wind chill. 🥶 But you’d never know from their faces. 😄 They’re so happy and in love!

So grateful to have had the opportunity to travel out for this session! Excited to go back out for their wedding in June!

Christmas Day, through my eyes 🤍

This year I’ve been trying to be more intentional about photographing my own family—pulling out my fancy camera instead of just my iphone, and documenting my kids’ lives the way I see them and the world around me. Not perfectly posed, not polished, but honest.

The movement, the tenderness, the chaos, the in-between moments that don’t always make it into the frame—but somehow end up meaning the most.

These are the memories I want them to have someday.
