Katina Arnott Photography People ask me how I got into photography and I tell them the truth...because I like the sound of the shutter when I take a picture.

I shoot all types of portraits; weddings, team sports, senior pictures, family's and your four legged furry children. Straight after High School I applied to college in Seattle, WA. The Commercial Photography Program at Seattle Central Community College was in full demand with a one year waiting list. In the meantime I kept myself busy at Salt Lake Community College. After moving to Seattle in 200

1 I dove head first into the Commercial Photography Program and earned my Associates degree in 2003. While in school I assisted a handful of photographers including 2 Seattle based wedding photographers which I worked with for over 3 years each. I was also hired by a local graduation company that has since been bought out by a national gradation and events photography company which I still work for today. Not only do I keep myself busy with my own portrait business, I also freelance for a few different companies doing such photography as team sports, marathons & triathlons, graduations, and kiteboarding.
