All inquiries must be submitted through our official website.
This allows us to track availability, provide accurate information, and respond efficiently. Messages sent through social media or text will kindly be redirected to the website.
2. Primary Communication
Email will be our main form of communication.
This helps keep all details, timelines, and agreements organized in one place and ensures clear, timely, and professional communication throughout your experience. There are times we lose access to social media and this ensures we are not missing any communication from clients.
3. Selection Galleries Timeline
We have proudly offered selection galleries for over five years, and to maintain consistent delivery timelines, we are implementing a 1-week selection policy:
• Clients will have 7 days from the date their selection gallery is delivered to choose their favorite images.
• Selections not made within this timeframe may result in delayed delivery.
• This policy allows us to keep our editing queue moving efficiently and deliver galleries on time for all clients.
These updates are designed to protect the quality, care, and attention that go into every gallery while continuing to provide an elevated experience for each client.
