I’ve been turning a corner. Maybe it’s the weather, ☀️ maybe it’s the therapy, 👩🏻‍🔬or maybe it’s the HRT. 💊

Either way, I am finally able to go through old work again, finally able to sit with all the beautiful memories and moments made in this space without losing my mind.

Hormonal burnout is WILD and takes soooooo much longer than a year long sabbatical to heal from. But just like most things that feel like rock bottom, it does get better.
