Celebrating with Lauren, Mitch, and Jace was the perfect way to kick off busy season.

Throughout the day, Jace kept saying, “Our wedding is so pretty,” and honestly, I think that perfectly sums it up.

This day was a celebration of the three of them and the beautiful family they’ve built together.

Two of my favorite moments were watching Jace proudly carry his mom’s bouquet and seeing Lauren and Mitch burst into laughter when a gust of wind caught her veil and sent it flying in every direction.

I’ve always wanted to photograph at Glass House Creative Community, and let me tell you, this venue did not disappoint.

Every corner is filled with beautiful light, and the space feels incredibly intimate and inviting. It’s truly such a stunning venue.

A huge thank you to all of the incredible vendors who helped bring this styled shoot together, and to our wonderful host for creating such a fun, collaborative, and inspiring experience.

Would you believe me if I told you we shot this session in April?

Olivia, Jake, and Lake Michigan have my heart. We truly had the most stunning night on the Lake Michigan shoreline.

This session was so fun because Olivia is a fellow photographer, and we photographed their session at one of her favorite local beaches. I loved getting to hang out with these two, explore a new location, wander the shoreline, and just enjoy a beautiful evening by the lake.

I actually cannot get over this session.

Addison and Evan’s shoot at the Michigan State Capitol was seriously so stunning. The light, the weather, and this location could not have been more perfect. You honestly could not have asked for a better evening.

These two were so effortless together, and the way they looked at each other, laughed together, and interacted made the entire session feel so honest and timeless.

I shot film throughout the evening, and I already know I’m going to be obsessing over those scans the second they hit my inbox.

Truly the most beautiful night.
