Sweetwater Wetlands Park Gainesville, FL

What an epic catch this was to watch! This Anhinga put on quite a show. The fish was flipping every direction to try and escape. The Anhinga was struggling to keep up and at one point lost it or more like he let it go. Then, immediately dove back under and caught the second time. What resulted after was pretty much a gulp, gulp and gone situation.

Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive

Was at Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive a couple of weekends ago and this happened right in front of me.

Fiske?rn (Pandion haliaetus) Danish translation, "Fishing Eagle", but more commonly known as an Osprey; taking a swim for what appears to be a catfish. Modern cameras and lenses are amazing!
