High school graduations are underway here in Frederick County this week. I’ve enjoyed getting to reconnect with senior portrait clients the last few days for their cap and gown sessions, and looking forward to many more the rest of the week.

The cap and gown moment arrives faster than anyone expects.
One day graduation feels far away. The next, it’s right around the corner.

Cap and gown portraits capture more than a milestone. They capture pride, accomplishment, and the confidence that comes from finishing something big. Personal details like cords, stoles, and school colors turn these portraits into a true reflection of the senior’s journey.

Cap and Gown Mini Sessions are held the last week of May and first week of June and only a few sessions are still available. A quick 10 minute mini session on Carroll Creek for a once in a lifetime portrait to close out your senior year. Link to session details and scheduling in the comments or message me for the info.
