What are two organizations you wish more people knew about? 👀💛

I’ll go first. ✨

Each 1 Teach 1, Inc. — because our kids are carrying things we don’t always see, and behavior doesn’t tell the whole story. They deserve spaces that care about the mental, social, emotional AND physical parts of who they are. Trauma-informed support matters. Teaching kids how to understand themselves and what they’re feeling matters.

On-Call Grandma — because life does not give a damn that you don’t have a village. Kids still have to get picked up. You still have to go to work. Somebody gets sick. Something comes up. And sometimes you just need a safe, trusted person to SHOW UP. The fact that this resource exists right here in Frederick County? People need to know about it.

These are the kinds of resources I’m always talking about when I say we have to bridge the gap between resources existing and people actually knowing they exist.

And this is going to be a question I ask OFTEN, so don’t be shy. 😂

Resources can be SO hard to find, especially the ones that give parents and caregivers a space to connect with people who truly understand. 💛

This is such an amazing opportunity right here in our community for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD to connect, share, learn, and feel supported through ALL the efforts that come with supporting and advocating for our kiddos.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply finding your people the ones who get it without you having to explain every little thing.

Sharing because you never know who has been searching for exactly this resource. 🦋✨

Please share with a parent, caregiver, family, or friend who may need this! Community resources only work when the people who need them know they exist. 💛

Sometimes, the best support comes from people who simply get it!
