Our favorites:
• Burrata with herb oil & focaccia: burrata, fresh herbs, chili flake, pine nuts
• Crab cakes: Fresno pepper, herbs, breadcrumbs, lemon aioli
• “True” Italian Alfredo: fettuccini, butter, garlic, Parmesan

Finished editing Canterbury, Castle Combe, and the start of Durham. I’m so glad Kendahl researched England for our trip! I never would’ve thought to hike through the English countryside. It was so peaceful and picturesque! I wouldn’t mind walking all 102 miles of the Cotswold Way, stopping at all of the quaint villages.

I have over 800 photos from our 14-day trip, and it’s been daunting to pick through favorites to edit. I finally started...

I have over 800 photos from our 14-day trip, and it’s been daunting to pick through favorites to edit. I finally started yesterday, sifting through in no particular order… and realized that they all happen to be from Scotland. It was my favorite leg of the trip by far!

The architecture of their cities paired with the stunning landscape will always have my heart.
