Finally able to post these now that the exhibit has left Dallas... it really frustrated me that people were really only taking selfies in such an amazing space... so, I hatched a plan, shared it with Melissa, and made it happen.

We were both super nervous not knowing how the staff would react... but, they were super cool, and the docent that accompanied us was so gracious! She came out and talked to us afterward and gushed about how impressed she was... she told us she sees hundreds of people every day take the same selfies, and that she loved that we did something unique.

Melissa chose the wardrobe and accessories based on researching Kusama, her activism, her portrayal of the female form, and her culture. We hope these photos honor her, and her amazing art.
