Film is not simply an aesthetic to me. It is a culture of nostalgia, a reminder of a time that allowed for and required patience. It exists in the company of vinyl LPs, to***co pipes, and handwritten letters. The experience is part of the function.

So I thought to celebrate the summers of yesteryear with some sessions this year to emulate and mimic the the summers before many of us were born.

Here’s to the summer of ‘86.
