After photographing and talking with hundreds of women, one thing I’ve learned is that most women are far harder on themselves in photos than anyone else would ever be.

Most of the time it’s not that you’re not photogenic. It’s awkward posing, bad lighting, tension, or simply being much more critical of yourself than the people who love you are.

A reminder to have a little more compassion for yourself when you look at photos 🤍
