This is a really poor video but I've never seen this behaviour in seals before. The male seal was slowly following the female as they were swimming in the Fleet at the Bridging Camp, presumably as some sort of courtship behaviour. At the same time the female was acting very strange, repeatedly breaching and porpoising - really showing off!
