Quick 20 mins down the Quayside whilst the bairn was at football training tonight.

Haven’t picked up the camera in a few months so was nice to be back on it.

Love how the sunset is now at a more sociable time and not setting past my bed time 😂

Locals say these oaks were first planted in the 18th century, and they’ve become a landmark rooted deep in Sunderland’s heritage.

There’s something peaceful about walking up here – a reminder of how nature connects us to the past. 🌿

The tide was low… and the sun was rising over Whitley Bay. 🌅
St Mary’s Lighthouse stood alone, just as it has for over 120 years.
Built in 1898, it once warned sailors of the deadly rocks below – but since 1984, its light has been silent. Now, it’s a place of shipwreck legends, sweeping sea views… and sunrises you’ll never forget.🏝️✨
