May has been a month of self care, a complete reset after being at full pelt from the start of the year. I hadn’t realised how much I needed it until i stopped. A big thank you to Louise Tilden for looking after my outsides and for looking after me inside. Now I am bringing more of this into my business with the brand visibility retreat to my clients. Taking time out of your business and stepping into a nature filled space in the uk or overseas to give you space to create a years worth of content and making it feel easy at the same time!
