Sometimes, we just need to step away.
Away from the noise.
The notifications.
The endless to-do lists.
The everyday hustle.

To slow down. To switch off. To actually be present.

Because life is happening right here, right now — and sometimes we’re so busy thinking about what’s next that we forget to enjoy where we are.

But taking a break isn’t just about resting.

It gives us space to think.

Space to ask ourselves what we actually want, what really matters, and whether the life we’re so busy living is the one we truly want.

Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

So take the break.
Switch off.
Be present.

The A little sneak peek from Scott & Paige’s beautiful registry office wedding 🤍

It was just the two of them and their witnesses, and honestly... it was such a lovely reminder that your wedding day doesn’t have to be a huge celebration. It can simply be about the two of you.

We spent a couple of hours together, capturing relaxed moments before and after the ceremony around Taunton, proving you don’t need a full-day package to have beautiful memories.

I can’t wait to share more from this gorgeous day... and I’m already looking forward to capturing their big celebration with family and friends next year! ✨

When someone takes the time, after all the excitement of their wedding day has settled, to write something so thoughtful, it genuinely means the world to me!

Photography is about so much more than taking beautiful pictures. It’s about making people feel comfortable, noticing the moments they didn’t even realise were happening, and creating something they’ll treasure for years to come.

Hearing that Rachel and Paul felt that in their experience is the biggest reward I could ask for. It reminds me why I love what I do and gives me the confidence to keep creating, keep learning and keep showing up for every couple who trusts me with their day.
