‘Don’t make a permanent solution to a temporary problem’

In 2019, I heard this phrase while watching my favourite band from my youth. It would become something I thought about a lot and after 7 years free of OCD & Anxiety, finally make me realise I could talk about the 10+ years as a sufferer.

This book won't give you a cure or the magic to make it go away but hopefully seeing where I went wrong and right, will give sufferers or people close to someone who is, an honest and at time frank insight into what it is like…and hopefully help.

I never started writing for money...but a creative outlet. I did it for me and fun. The question is how much have I earn in 9 years....£73 😂

The books I have written so far are for me, the books I am currently writing are to try and carve a living from, but still keep the joy of it and self interest.
