I first met this super brave lady over 15 years ago when I was photographing a wedding. Fast forward 10 years and we became colleagues at the hospital I work for in my other job. She is someone I always had huge respect for but even more so seeing how she has faced up to cancer with such bravery and determination to beat it. When she first approached me to take some photos to celebrate her body pre surgery, I was honoured to be able to do this for her, I just wanted them to do her justice and show what an amazing woman she is. These were taken just three days before she underwent a double mastectomy and she has kindly allowed me to share them. Wishing you a speedy recovery and looking forward to part 2 later in the year 😘

Photography has always been my passion but over the last couple of years due to pressures in my 'day job', it has taken a backseat. I am hoping to change that moving forward and was delighted when Jade asked me to photograph her maternity session at Shropshire Petal Fields. It was an absolute joy to photograph a beautiful family in a beautiful location, here is a little preview from the session.
