Our lovely boy doesn’t appear on here very often. I really don’t know why. He’s so handsome and although he’s got a few old age ailments he’s still enjoys walks, illicit snacks, snoozes and tummy rubs. Shot on Fujifilm xe5 with 23mm f2.8 lens.

Idyllic day out near Belper, Derbyshire, having fun with my Fujifilm XE5 and 23mm lens. Heage windmill is the only 6 sailed stone tower windmill in England and it still produces and sells milled flour. We visited when there was a vintage Landrover event on.

“The only lie I ever told you…” Sometimes you don’t know exactly what you’ve captured… something just catches your eye, often subconsciously and you raise the camera and click the shutter. I noticed the light, the leading lines, the people caught in the light in the original (second) shot. What I didn’t notice until afterwards was the poster - which kind of becomes the whole reason for the shot.

celebrated its 1st birthday on Saturday! I ran a Get Off Auto workshop in the morning and then everyone got busy setting up for a party!
