🫣How can you make us feel less awkward during our couple portraits?

This is a common question I'm asked. Lots of people feel this way and really it's only celebrities or actors who feel totally comfortable as they are photographed all the time. For the rest of us, it can seem a bit daunting but I have several things I can do to put you at ease. Most of the day I photograph moments as they naturally unfold but I can offer gentle guidance during the couple portraits, I keep things moving and conversational so you never feel like you’re stuck in a long photoshoot. My personality is calm, friendly and supportive which will put you at ease x

🤎Annabel was brilliant from start to finish, couldn’t fault her and all of our guests/other wedding suppliers loved her! From the first enquiry, to the call around Christmas time to wish us well and offer planning advice, to the end results, just fab! I knew we’d be in safe hands when I mentioned to the registrar at the Guildhall we’d booked Annabel and they said they’d worked with her recently and that she’s great - they weren’t wrong! Very responsive throughout, offered different packages to suit our needs and budget, thorough questionnaire to cover all portraits and family shots, plus arranged a zoom meeting a few weeks before to finalise details. Annabel is really down to earth and we both felt very comfortable around her, which I’m sure is reflected in the photos. She offered great suggestions for shots and locations around Windsor and also just let us do our thing! Very responsive after the wedding too, providing us with a few sneak peaks the day after, followed by a load more a few days later. We can’t wait to see the final album and just know it’ll be amazing. Would recommend to everyone! Thanks again Annabel x - Lucy and Aiden

✨ From Windsor elegance to countryside celebrations… Lucy and Aiden are doing weddings their own way 💍

Their day began with an intimate legal ceremony at the beautiful Windsor Guildhall, surrounded by classic architecture and timeless city charm. Later this month, they’ll be celebrating again with a relaxed country-style wedding party in the West Country. The best of both worlds!

Can we talk about church wedding photography restrictions for a second? ⛪️📸

Many churches have rules in place for photographers during the ceremony… no flash, staying at the back, no moving around, or sometimes only being allowed to photograph certain moments. But as professional wedding photographer I know how to work quietly, respectfully and still capture beautiful emotional images without disrupting your ceremony.
