Instagram just isn’t what it used to be 🤷‍♀️

So many creators I speak to seem to be saying the same thing lately.

Somewhere along the line, the joy of sharing got replaced by algorithms, trends and strategy.

So I’m sharing something simple today that makes me happy. Just flowers from the garden. No strategy required!

The one small change I make to my elderflower cordial every year…

Most recipes call for citric acid.

I use apple cider vinegar instead.

It gives the cordial the acidity it needs while keeping the recipe beautifully simple and made with everyday ingredients.

Fresh elderflowers, lemons, sugar and a little apple cider vinegar. That’s it.
