Medical cannabis in the UK is not a “loophole.”

Since 1 November 2018, specialist doctors have been able to prescribe cannabis-based medicinal products where clinically appropriate. These medicines sit within a regulated system with rules around prescribing, supply and labelling.

Recreational cannabis has not been legalised, which is exactly why the “it’s just a loophole” line misses the point.

Patients aren’t exploiting a workaround. They’re accessing regulated healthcare through clinics, prescriptions and pharmacies.

I’ve had nothing but nice comments and lots of genuine support shown to me since I jumped over to kick, there are only so many nice things I can hear before it gets too much. I guess I’m not used to people saying good things about me. And just knowing I’m putting a smile on someone’s face is worth more than any money to me 👊🏼💚

Anyways, this comment about putting a smile on a broken vetrans face was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.

I genuinely appreciate everyone over there, you’re all bloody amazing people!!
